Privacy notice
This notice explains how information submitted through the Harpadon website is handled.
What is collected
The project inquiry form collects the contact and project details you choose to provide, your selected language and the time of submission. Your contact name, email address, project description and consent are required.
Why it is collected
These details are used to review your inquiry and respond about your project. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are stored with the website’s hosting service and accessible through the site owner’s management tools. There is no public inquiry directory. When email notifications are connected, Resend processes the inquiry details to notify the Harpadon team.
Cookies and advertising
Optional measurement is off until you allow it. With your permission, we record campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, your landing page, the referring website and contact-button clicks. Attribution may be attached to your inquiry. When connected, Google Ads receives a conversion after an inquiry is saved, with a reference to prevent duplicate counting; your name, email, phone and project message are not sent to Google. Your preference lasts up to 180 days; browser campaign attribution lasts up to 30 minutes. Change your choice in Privacy settings in the footer. Declining does not prevent inquiries. Hosting may use necessary access and security cookies.
Your choices
To request access, correction or deletion of an inquiry, use the project inquiry form, identify the request as a privacy request and include your original inquiry reference if available. Do not include sensitive personal information.
